Last Saturday, I've learned that killing time is also synonymous to gently giving your wallet a heart attack. Because we've got nothing to do on a lazy afternoon (right after sleeping an hour off), we had a sugar lust and headed to the nearest Starbucks. We were supposed to go to Tagaytay, but we decided to keep our strength for the Frisbee tournament the next day. And our heads were still buzzing from last night's partying. So, there we were in the perfect place, in the perfect time. Chilling out with the friends you're comfortable with plus great food and beverage is a great way of greeting twilight. It's been a discovery of love. I mean, the boif brought me here and eversince, I loved this place to death. Dulgies !!!! Storefront  That's the boif's refelection. I took the picture. I love the theme, the concept, the colors (pink, white and brown!). Everything, even the music played. If you were playing the game, Chocolatier , then you would have an idea on the music played inside this sweet place. Okay, since I can't get over you not having the slightest idea of what music they were playing inside, I researched for you. Hit play! ;} THE INTERIOR As you step inside, you'll feel as if you're taken out of Iloilo City and into dessert dreamland. The black-and-white tiles compliments the striped chairs. The huge wall mirrors, as we know it, gave the place the needed extra space illusion. And the round lights balls with brown swirls will make you think of chocolate. We had a pretty long day, but we just can't end it that early. So, before going home, we had to sip some coffee at Seattle's Best. It's a perfect place for nightcaps and talks. My workmates -- J and A . (And, by the way, they have blogs now! So you can go visit them.) Can't tell if they're tired or sleepy. With a place as cozy as this, who wouldn't want to just sit, sip and stare? Me. Because I'd love to have my pictures taken. Good thing it's only us and a bunch of other solo customers in the cafe. Two things I love the most -- glossy magazines and cold beverages. I need to have that HSBC credit card. Free drink from Starbucks. It seems like it's not only me who loves instant photo opps.
