He is: turning 22 this at the end of this month.
She is: already 22 for a few months.
Time since he graduated from college: 1 year and 6 months (BSN)
Time since she graduated from college: 11 months (technically)* (BSECE)
*it should only be six months, but it's a pretty long and poignant story for me. So, the said story is reserved for a future entry here in this very blog.
His professional advancement: Already a registered nurse.
Her professional advancement: Still waiting for my effing thesis to be completed. Will be taking the board exam next year and top it.
His dream job: Nursing reviewer in a well-known review center, paid on an per hour basis.
Her dream job: Electronics design engineer in a worldwide semiconductor company, regular
contributor in a magazine or any home-based writing job
Their challenge to each other: Earners by 23.

In Case of Housemate Disputes, Smile

Happy isn't really a word to describe my day today. Today is like one of those bad hair days, made heavier by bitter longings and ended by irritating conversations. Back then, having a bad day in school is tolerable since I know total peace and quiet is waiting for me when I go home. My home scenario: Play with my dogs. Hug my mom. And eat a home-cooked dinner. Now that I am older and working, I have nothing to pour my days’ negativities on to but the internet. I am lucky if everything is smooth-sailing in the apartment. However, apartment life with fellow young professionals isn’t glam. It isn’t about house parties and beer anymore. You saw unwashed dishes on the sink this morning. You have gone home from work, yet they’re still there. Tomorrow morning, those unclean utensils are the first ones to greet you good morning while you brush your teeth. Nevertheless, smile. Weekly Wishes { Week 4 | May 2014 }

I am such a sucker for lists and goals that my brain does the forward trick, making me think of soooo many things at one time, making my body dead tired to do anything. Lol. Or maybe that is just my slacker excuse for being such a lazy ass. Now, I am going to tell you all about my failed goal tracker systems.  FAILED GOAL TRACKER SYSTEM # 1 - Wordpress Daily Tracker Blog Anyway, I did a temporary blog on my goals. I called it, "How Did The Dame Do Today?" . I was only active for three months there. Hah. I had a following though. Wordpress can really get you readers. Makes me think of migrating my personal blog in there. But again, I am toooo lazy to do it and I am quite afraid I might lose some posts. It's an abandoned blog now. Oh, well.
